8. Free Trial

We may offer a 14-day free trial for new users. By signing up for the trial:

No payment details are required to start the trial.
You will not be charged during the trial period.
The trial provides access to a fully functional account, subject to package-specific limits, features, or usage restrictions.
At the end of the trial, access to paid features may be restricted unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
The trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

9. Refund Policy

We aim to provide a reliable and valuable service. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be granted:

Free Trial: No charges apply during the 14-day trial; therefore, no refunds are applicable.
Paid Subscriptions: Fees paid for subscriptions (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
Billing Errors: If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, you must notify us within 7 days of the transaction. Verified billing errors will be refunded in full.
