Terms and Conditons
Effective Date: 11th September, 2025
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the faceATT Referral Partner Program (“Program”) and form a legally binding agreement between you (“Referral Partner”) and faceATT (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By registering for the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country) to participate.
1.2 You may be a student, self-employed professional, employee, influencer, community leader, or tech enthusiast.
1.3 You must provide valid identification, contact information, and banking or payment details to receive payouts.
2. Enrollment
2.1 To join the Program, you must register via the faceATT mobile apppnd accept these Terms.
2.2 We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our discretion.
3. Referral Requirements
3.1 A valid referral occurs when a referred client:
• Registers for faceATT via your unique referral link or code
• Completes a paid subscription or service payment
3.2 Referrals must be new clients who have not previously had a faceATT account.
4. Commission Structure & Payouts
4.1 Referral Partners earn 10% commission on every payment made by referred clients for first 12 months from their first payment.
4.2 Commissions are calculated on net payments received (excluding VAT, taxes, refunds, or chargebacks).
4.3 Payout methods include PayPal, bank transfer, mobile money, Payoneer, or Wise.
4.4 Payments are processed monthly, within 15 business days after month-end.
4.5 Minimum payout threshold is $20 / R350; amounts below this roll over to the next cycle.
5. Partner Obligations
5.1 You must promote faceATT ethically and in good faith.
5.2 You must not make false claims or misrepresent faceATT services.
5.3 You must not engage in spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive marketing practices.
6. Prohibited Conduct
6.1 Referring yourself or using multiple accounts to generate commission is prohibited.
6.2 Referrals obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unethical means will be void, and commissions will not be paid.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 You may use faceATT branding and marketing materials provided inside the app, solely for Program purposes.
7.2 All intellectual property rights remain with faceATT.
8. Termination
8.1 Either party may terminate your participation at any time with or without cause.
8.2 Upon termination, unpaid commissions for valid referrals earned before termination will be paid according to standard payout terms.
8.3 Violations of these Terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 faceATT is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
9.2 We do not guarantee any specific earnings or results.
10. Modifications
10.1 faceATT reserves the right to modify the Program rules, commissions, or Terms at any time.
10.2 Changes will be communicated via the app or email and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
